1. Scope of Services

1.1. Sports Massage Solutions provides sports massage therapy services to clients, aimed at promoting physical well-being, relaxation, and recovery from sports-related injuries.

1.2. The services offered include but are not limited to sports massage therapy sessions, consultation, and recommendations for post-treatment care.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete health information to Sports Massage Solutions prior to receiving any massage therapy services.

2.2. Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any changes in their health status or medical conditions that may affect their suitability for massage therapy.

2.3. Clients are responsible for disclosing any discomfort or pain experienced during the massage session to the therapist immediately.

3. Appointment Policy

3.1. Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance through Setmore either online or by phone.

3.2. Appointments are subject to availability, and clients are encouraged to book well in advance to secure their preferred time slots.

3.3. Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

4.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged, equivalent to your treatment fee.

4.3. Sports Massage Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or therapist availability. In such cases, every effort will be made to notify the client in advance.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

5.2. Sports Massage Solutions accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

5.3. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice, but any price changes will not affect appointments that have already been scheduled and confirmed.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1. Sports Massage Solutions respects client confidentiality and privacy and adheres to all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

6.2. All client information, including health records and personal details, will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during their massage therapy sessions.

7.2. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, or aggression, will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full payment of the scheduled appointment.

8. Liability

8.1. While every effort is made to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the massage therapy services provided, Sports Massage Solutions cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

8.2. Clients acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, and it is their responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns or conditions.

8.3. Sports Massage Solutions shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the client’s participation in massage therapy sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Amendments and Updates

9.1. Sports Massage Solutions reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9.2. Clients will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via email or other means of communication provided at the time of booking.

By scheduling an appointment with Sports Massage Solutions, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
